 ระบบควบคุมความปลอดภัยในการเติมกีาช
1.วิธีปลอดภัยในการโหลดเติมก็าชหรือเคมี (ISO Tanks Operating the Tank  Loading and Discharge)
  
    การเลือกวิธีโหลดก็าชเหลว หรือของเหลวอื่นๆ  และ ขณะขนถ่ายก๊าชและของเหลวออกจากแทงส์เพื่อนำไปใช้งาน   การโหลดจะขึ้นอยูกับสภาพการนำไปใช้งานและสภาวะตามธรรมชาติทางเคมีของความเป็นก็าชนั้นๆ หรือสถานะทางเคมีของเหลวนั้นๆ  ก่อนอื่นผู้ทำการโหลดต้องมีทักษะความรู้ในการโหลด เช่น เข้าใจระบบ P&ID  เข้าใจระบบวาล์วต่างๆ และ เข้าใจคุณลักษณะของสภาวะของเหลวที่เปลี่ยนไปเป็นก๊าช หรือ สถานะของแข็ง  ทษฏีเหล่านี้ ผู้โหลดต้องได้องค์ความรู้ทางด้านวิศวกรรม   การโหลดก๊าชนั้นต้องใช้ผู้ที่มีความชำนาญเป็นอย่างสูง ( iso tank logistics ยินดีอธิบายข้อกำหนดของการโหลดให้ท่านได้อย่างถูกวิธี)
               
                      สำหรับ ISO tank ที่บรรจุของเหลวไม่เป็นอันตราย หรือ ไม่เกิดกัดดกัดกร่อน  จะไม่จำเป็นต้องกังวลการโหลด ในการเกิดสภาวะที่เป็นก๊าช การบิวอัพแรงดัน การโบร์ก๊าช การเพิร์ชแรงดัน  ซึ่งปัจจัยเหล่านี้จะเกิดขึ้นในขั้นตอนการโหลดสำหรับก๊าชที่มีความหนาแน่นสูง     จากลักษณะของ ISO Tank  เมนวาล์วลิควิด จะเป็นวาล์วสำหรับใช้ในไลท์เติม  ส่วนเมนวาล์วไลท์ก๊าช จะเป็นวาล์วสำหรับรีเทิร์นก๊าช เวลาเติมเปิดวาล์วไลท์ก๊าชหรี่ไว้หรือเปิดไล์ก๊าชต่อเข้าแทงส์ส่ง ในลิควิดไหลวนกลับที่เดิม  เพื่อช่วยให้การเติมเกิดการไหลวนระหว่างของเหลวและก๊าชสลับกัน   เพื่อป้องกันไม่ไห้ความดันภายในแทงส์ขึ้นสูง  เป็นตัวช่วยให้การเติมเกิดการไหลวน และ ถ่ายเท ระหว่าง สถานะของเหลวและก๊าช มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ตามคุณลักษณะทางเคมีใน MSDS

                ส่วนการเติมสารเคมีชนิดกัดกร่อน เช่น กำมะถัน โซดาไฟ   Noxious or hazardous    การเติมลงแทงส์ หรือ การโหลดจะต้องโหลดเข้าผ่านเมนวาล์วทางด้านบน Top  หรือ เมนวาล์วด้านล่าง Bottom .  เพื่อทำให้ระบบไหลวนระหว่างลิควิดกับอากาศ เปลี่ยนเป็นไอระเหย เกิดความปฏิสัมพันธฺ์กัน  ก๊าชจะถูกบีบอัดออกไปจากจุดเดิม ไหลเข้าสู่แทงส์ส่ง  โดยเมื่อปริมาณแทงส์รับ มีปริมาณลิควิดเพิ่มสูงขึ้นที่ละนิด ทำให้ปริมาณก๊าชจะถูกนที่โดยลิควิด ดังนั้น เพื่อป้องกันไม่ไห้การเติมลิควิดติดขัด สะดุด  จึงจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งต้องเปิดวาล์วก๊าชหรี่ไว้ หรือเปิดเกิน 30% เพื่อปล่อยก๊าชไหลวน กลับเข้าสู่แทงส์ส่ง หรือเพื่อให้เกิดการไหลวน  ,   ก็าชจะไหลวนผ่าน ( line fitted )อยู่ระหว่าง (airline connection) และ แทงส์ส่ง (storage tank)
 
             ส่วนลิควิดที่ไม่มีอ๊อกชิเจน หรือ น้ำเจือปน  การโหลด ควรโหลดเข้าทางเมนวาล์วด้านบน (top or bottom) หรือเมนวาล์วด้านล่าง.   ก่อนนำ ISO แทงส์ไปใช้งาน ควรดำเนินการเพิรส์ก็าช ก่อน ( First fill) ควรใช้ในโตรเจนเพิรส์

                         สารที่เป็นชนิด ไวไฟ หรือ เป็นเชื้อเพลิงไฟ อาจทำให้เกิดประกายไฟ   หารโหลดควรใช้เมนวาล์วด้านล่าง bottom outlet, หรือ ด่านบน Top outlet เท่านั้น

 

 2.วิธีบันทึกน้ำหนักปริมาตรการโหลด 

 น้ำหนักการชื้อขาย สามารถเทียได้จากสะพานชั่ง บัตรช่าง ชั่งรถหนัก และ กลับมาชั่งรถเบา จากนั้นเอาผลต่างมาหักลบกัน

 3. เช็คความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์ก่อนการโหลด

 ผู้ใช้งานจะต้องตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ก่อนการโหลดให้เรียบร้อย  ต้องทำใบเช็ค Pretrip Inspection ,
 
4. ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ทุกๆตัวก่อนใช้งาน เช่น
วาล์ว             : สถานนะปิดสนิท ด้ามวาล์วสภาวะปกติ
เมนวาล์ว       : สถานะปิดสนิท ด้ามวาล์วสภาวะปกติ
วาล์วเดรน     :
เซพตี้วาล์ว    : มีป้ายบ่กบอกวันที่ทำการเทส พิกัดความดัน  พิกัดการปล่อยแรงดัน
ปั้ม                : ความพร้อมสวิทย์ ปิด เปิด รอยรั่ว ด้านดิสชาร์ต
เพรซเซอร์เกจ  : ระดับน้ำมัน สถานะเข็ม
ไลท์ก๊าชรีเทิร์น           
ผู้ใช้ต้องเข้าใจ P&ID สามารถบ่งชี้การทำงานในสถานะต่างๆได้  ความดันเกินเกิดขึ้นได้จากอะไรบ้างๆ ป้องกันอย่างไร ? เป็นคำถามที่ต้องตอบได้

 2. ISO TanksOperating the Tank Handling and Securement

in both full and empty states as well as during transportation. 
 

2.1 การใช้เครนในการยกแทงส์หนัก   โหลดเต็ม Handle Loaded Tanks

 Loaded tank containers may ONLY be lifted by a TOP SPREADER attached either to a side lift truck, a gantry crane or container-handling vehicle such as a straddle carrier.

 Extreme caution must be exercised when handling loaded containers by a side lift truck fitted with a top lift attachment, as the change in center of gravity due to cargo surge may result in instability of the vehicle. The tank container should be moved when suspended at the lowest practical height.

 While ISO standards do not permit containers to be lifted by angled slings from the top corner castings, most  tanks are designed and tested to be lifted from both the top and bottom corner castings. When lifting from the top castings, the angle of the slings should not be less than 50 degrees to the horizontal. When connected to the bottom corner castings the slings must be not less then 45 degrees.

 Care must be taken to ensure that the slings do not touch the tank during lifting. For safe and efficient handling of containers a properly designed spreader is always recommended.

Loading through the manhole

1. Check that all the “Before Loading” procedures have been followed.
2. Make sure that all the tank bottom valves are securely closed.
3. Open the manhole and insert the hose.
4. Secure the hose.
5. Load the tank, while watching carefully for leaks in the hoses. Make sure tank has been loaded to the appropriate level.
6. After draining the hose, remove it from the tank. Securely close the manhole.
7. Make sure to follow all the “After Loading” procedures.


 

Loading through the top outlet

1. Check that all the “Before Loading” procedures have been followed.
2. Make sure that all the tank bottom valves are securely closed.
3. Detach the top outlet blank flange and bolt the hose coupling to the top outlet flange.
4. Attach the vapor return line and open the valve.
5. Load the tank, while watching carefully for leaks in the hoses. Make sure that the tank has been loaded to the appropriate level.
6. After draining the hose, detach it and remove it from the tank.
7. Replace the top outlet blank flange.
8. Close the airline valve, then disconnect the vapor return line and replace the blanking cap. Check that all the valves are securely closed.
9. Make sure to follow all the “After Loading” procedures.


 

  Loading through the bottom outlet

1. Check that all the “Before Loading” procedures have been followed.
2. Remove the bottom outlet blank flange or the cap connect hose. Before opening the valves, make sure that the connection is secure.
3. Attach the vapor return line and open the valve.
4. Load the tank, while watching carefully for leaks in the hoses. Make sure that the tank has been loaded to the appropriate level.
5. Close the valve.
6. After draining the hose, detach it, and replace the blanking cap or flange. For tanks with a foot valve and external valve, make sure to close the external valve before replacing the blanking cap or flange.
7. Close the airline valve, then disconnect the vapor return line and replace the blanking cap. Check that all the valves are securely closed.
8. Make sure to follow all the “After Loading” Procedures.
